   The 4 rating is because my son is satisfied regardless of what I think. I will say that the glow in the dark feature is super cool. You have to charge them underneath light first. However these toys definitely aren’t fisher price false advertising. Can’t find octonauts toys anywhere but I found them on Amazon and eBay and they cost SO MUCH MONEY!

   My granddaughter thought they were wonderful and “They glow in the dark, grandpa!” which was especially appealing for reasons that I don’t really understand. However, a five year old’s perception says that they’re a big hit since they have “all the characters” from the series. I got her the set so she could change favorites over time as little girls seem to.
