Birthday party shopping mom –
I was looking for inexpensive unicorn figurines for birthday party favors. These unicorns are a decent size, and they are about the quality I paid for. That is, cheap–price and quality. As another reviewer described, they are painted without any precision, so there is a lot of overspray, especially the pink ones. One of my dozen has a bum leg and doesn’t stay standing, no matter how much I tried to bend it. If I needed 12 unicorns, that would make me unhappy, but, alas, I only needed 10! The size is decent, but the garish colors takes away some of their cuteness. I considered spray painting them all gold, or better yet, two of each a rainbow color since we are going for “rainbows and unicorns.” I decided not to spend money on paint, since cheap was my aim, but I splashed some kid nail polish colors on the tails, manes, and horns. Now they are adorable! I used a group of translucent colors, glitter polishes, and iridescent polishes. For example, the pink unicorns look great with butter yellow and glittery silver polishes. If you want nice quality unicorns, you need to find some from Playmobil and pay their price. If you want cheap, especially if you are willing to use a little paint, these are basically your only option.

These are well worth the price. They would be fine as birthday party favors, but I needed them for a baby shower as decorations for the cupcake tree, and the colors weren’t the colors of the shower, so I took a tip from another reviewer, went to the dollar store and bought nail polishes in the colors I needed, and proceeded to paint over the existing colors. It worked great; however, there is overspray up the legs of the existing colors. If I had it to do over again, I would have spray-painted them with a white matte paint first to eliminate any color, then gone ahead with the nail polishes. I also bought tiny nail “jewels” and glued them over the eyes. They really do look nice now. I am taking one star off because two of the unicorns don’t stand well on their own, but I am going to use some glue to make sure they do.

I bought these unicorns for my bachelorette party. I’ve always loved unicorns and all things fantasy, so I decided for my bachelorette I would make it a fun silly almost sleepover themed party. The unicorns are a perfect mini size, almost the same size as a HotWeels mini car for comparison. Some are prancing, some are standing up on their hind legs. The four colors shown in the picture are all the colors of the unicorns, and the bag is mixed evenly. The colors are fun and bright. Theses would be perfect for a little girl’s princess themed party or unicorn party. They were a big hit at my bachelorette because they were so unexpected and silly. We used them to scatter around tables with glitter. Then when we all left to go out to the bars my friends took them in their purses and handed them out to people!!! It was hilarious. So worth it.

This turned out perfect. I was skeptical because of the reveiws and I bought it as a warehouse deal so I was taking a chance and it paid off. I saved like 3 or 4 bucks and wen it came it was in a package that said “warehouse inspected” looked brand spankin new, perfect shape. I got the plain pink one. My daughters been using it for over a week now and she loves it. 1. It’s pink. 2.It’s got a cool handle just like mine. 3. It’s fun to pop the top open and 4. It stays cold all day. She takes it to school with her and wen I pick her up after 8 hours the only thing that’s left are ice cubes. I was sending her to school with an un insulated bottle in the beginning of the school year and she wouldn’t drink a drop -_- it would b warm by the end of the day and shed forget to bring it home all the time. So this bottle was a great change. She’s 4 and she thinks it’s cool so she’s more likely to drink her water and carry it around with her. Winner in my book. Now she’s sick. Go figure. And she’s got her cold water on the couch with her. No condensation on my tables or couch and she’s stayin hydrated with the bottle she loves. Great purchase. I’m totally getting another fr my toddler and maybe an extra fr my preschooler

My granddaughter loved these horses the best out of all the cool toys we put in her birthday pinatas. She carried them around during her birthday and the days to follow.

When I was a wee lass in Idaho during the mid-1980s my parents had taken our family of eight to the East Idaho Stateβwe did all sorts of amazingly affordable things, but the three best were 1) Seeing Giant Horses 2) Eating giant scones and 3) on our tired way out we randomly stopped at an exit where there was a red vending machine filled with hundreds of miniature unicorns just like this, and my dad bought one for me and my sister. Mine was white with pink hair, hers was white with purple hair. Itβs a top-tier memory for both of us, so thank you to whoever has resurrected their manufacturing. My husband and kids think Iβm nuts, while the latter also drool over them. I think Iβll let them earn unicorn for rewards. My husband does the same thing with his collection of muscle men weird thingsβ¦Iβll give it five stars when I see some more colors, including purple so I can send 42+ to my sister for her birthday π
