   Item works as intended, however, there is only one figure included! This is very misleading as the item title clearly states “Box of 3.” Extremely disappointed as I would never have paid $45 for just one of these.

   The shape of kaonashi and the way it’s holding the lantern is quite amusing and looks 100% authentic not like the other fake ones. The light is very dim and flickers which was not what I expected but just the figure itself is worth the purchase if you love kaonashi from Spirited Away.

   The media could not be loaded.  Certainly pricey ($40 when I got it) but I assume in part that is due to it being officially licensed and being imported as this is not a made-for-the-US product. Everything on it, including the instructions (which aren’t needed) is fully in Japanese.- Screw holes in the back mean it that isn’t best for a display location where those would be visible.- Lantern lighting is a decent flickering effect at a good, not to dim, not too bright, level of brightness. I liked how it attached, with the contacts on the stick transferring the power from the batteries in the body.- Only disappointing aspects about the light is that it only comes on for ~20 seconds. I would have liked at least a minute. There are 3 AAA batteries for this single tiny LED so it isn’t as though it needs to conserve power. There is no way to adjust the amount of time and no way to make it always-on. It is unfortunate that the switch doesn’t have a middle position for motion sensing and another position for always-on.- The rear screw holes, price, and most notably the only-20 second activation with lack of always-on option are why it is 4 stars instead of perfect 5 for me.Still very pleased with it initially though sadly I no longer have it. My partner made faces at me when it arrived and asked me where I was going to put it (she doesn’t have a connection to Spirited Away) but it is now sitting on her desk as she liked the spookiness of how it looks when the lantern is lit.

   We love our No Face lantern! The lighting effect on the lantern is amazing. The contacts are sensitive enough to sense footsteps on the other side of the room. I would happily buy this for any Ghibli fan!
