This is a really cool, interactive dino set. There are the plastic dinosaurs; they are hard plastic and not bendable. Obviously, the colors are more bright and fun rather than realistic looking. Some of the dinos have a seam across their middle which for some reason seems common in plastic and rubber dinosaur toys. There’s also a good sized play mat that feels sturdy; it easily folds up and everything could be stored in the box it comes in. The book is a lot of fun. It has sound buttons and each page tells you about a different dinosaur. There’s a picture so you know which play dino matches the page you’re reading. There’s also a little surprise in the corner of each page that you can reveal with the water paint brush. It works like a Water Wow, if you’ve ever used those. So eventually it dries and becomes a surprise again. This would make an excellent gift for any dino loving kid.

I don’t always fully read all the product details.I found a dinosaur sound book, knew my nephew would dig it, so got it.I was super surprised when the product arrived to see that:A) It comes inside a nice size (easily wrappable) box (about 10″ wide, by 8″ tall and 3″ deep).B) It includes TWELVE plastic 7inch dinosaur toys! He’s gonna love those!C) It also includes a floor mat to play on! The mat feels like felt, but still feels sturdy and like it will last.The book with sounds, itself, was everything I had hoped.SOLID gift purchase! DEFINTELY recommend!

If you know a kid who is interested in dinosaurs, don’t miss this one. I feel like this is a great value because it comes with so much. There is a large book that makes dino sounds and has lots of info about different dinos, a whole set of larger-size plastic dinosaurs (like 4″ long and solid, quite nice for plastic animals), and a fold out playmat to play with them. There is also a water pen that lets kids color a little suprise picture on each page of the book. It all comes in a nice sturdy box so your kid can store all the pieces together. I really like this set and would recommend it for any kid who is into dinos. It would make a pretty impressive gift also.

My kids are obsessed with dinosaurs and this gave them a little bit of everything: plastic figures and a play mat, a book full of names and fun facts, and a water pen that magically makes images appear. Each dino figure has a page dedicated to them in the book. The kids get to read all about them and uncover a secret image that only appears in the corner of the book when it’s wet. It also came with a foldable cardboard book stand that the kids can use to prop up the book and look at while they play with the dinosaurs.This is a must have for kids that love dinosaurs.

Great set including book, dinosaurs toys and a map. The book has a description for each dinosaur as well as a small surprise in the form of water coloring in the corner of each page. You can also hear the names and voices of the dinosaur by pressing the buttons. The quality of the book is excellent, with very thick pages and bright pictures. Impressive. This is a great gift for any child.

This is honestly one of the best dinosaur toys I’ve seen! The set comes with a book that plays sounds, a playmat and 12 dinos. It was packaged well and the book is the first thing you see when you open the box. There is a tab over the battery in the back that you must pull out to use the book sounds. I love that because you don’t have as much of a risk of getting a dead battery.The toys have vibrant colors and some realistic details. The playmat is a fun addition but will need to be used with supervision for the little ones so it doesn’t get ruined. I like the style of the book – it works well for kids with short attention spans by giving just little snippets of information. I’ve included a picture of one page as reference.This would make an awesome gift for the little dinosaur lover in your life. It is a good value and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This was a hit with my kids (4 and 2)! The book comes with batteries included (a button battery so beware) and is ready to make noises as soon as you pull the tan. When you press the buttons you hear the pronunciation of the dinosaurs name and then what sound they think that kind of dinosaur would make. It’s not ridiculously loud, hurray!The Dino toys that come with it match the dinosaurs in the book. My kid will be a little Dino expert in no time. The felt mat is a little Dino world that the kids can play on. It’s soft and thin so it can be folded up and not take up much space. I think this is a great educational set that my kids will truly enjoy.
